Concordia is an active 55+ community located in Monroe Township, Middlesex County, New Jersey. Our community offers the character and familiarity of a small-town setting while providing meaningful opportunities for connection and an exceptional quality of life.
Concordia is guided by dedicated volunteer leadership and supported by experienced professional management, First Service Residential. We are proud to share that both the Board of Trustees of the Communities of Concordia Homeowners Association and our Property Manager, have both been voted Number One in the State of New Jersey for 2025 by the Community Association Institute. These distinctions reflect a sustained commitment to responsible governance, transparency, and service to our residents.
